A conscious collective where healing, storytelling, and creation move together.
About TMKH
TMKH Collective is the heart of my work and the place where it all meets.
It grew from the belief that healing, storytelling, and creation are not separate practices. They move together; in cycles, in layers, in spirals, in ebbs and flows. Each offering within the collective exists because it needed its own language, yet all are rooted in the same way of seeing and being.
TMKH Collective is a conscious collective. It prioritizes health and wellbeing, community, entrepreneurship rooted in sustainability, integrative health sciences, and heart-centered care. Everything here is created with intention; honoring the body, lived experience, and the quiet spaces where transformation happens over time.
The work within TMKH Collective lives through three distinct offerings; each created because it needed its own form, while remaining deeply connected at the root.
Chronic Alchemy
is my work as a Transplant Doula and Patient Advocate.
Chronic Alchemy is the sacred process of transforming the long-term pain of chronic illness into wisdom, resilience, and sovereignty.
It’s an ongoing practice of turning adversity, systemic gaps, and lived experiences into catalysts for wholeness; physically, emotionally, and spiritually. This offering is rooted in embodiment, lived experience, and integrative health sciences- supporting individuals and families through complex medical journeys with education, presence, and heart-centered care.
This is where healing is honored as non-linear. Where the body is listened to. Where advocacy becomes an act of love. This is not about bypassing suffering or fixing what’s “broken.” It’s about reclamation. It’s about integration.
Most importantly, it’s about honoring the depth of the human experience and choosing to alchemize it into something meaningful, embodied, and real.
Freckled Fern Film
is my storytelling practice through photography and film.
Freckled Fern Film captures life as it unfolds- fragments of light and shadow, intimate moments, and the quiet poetry in everyday connection. Sessions blend documentary, lifestyle, portrait, and conceptual approaches, creating imagery that is memory-laced, emotive, and deeply human.
Presence is honored. Stories are allowed to unfold naturally. The ordinary becomes cinematic, and the personal becomes universal. Whether documenting families, couples, embodiment sessions, or lived experience, Freckled Fern Film holds space for the full spectrum of emotion, texture, and truth.
Beloved Heirlooms
offers vintage rentals and tablescape design, built from a love of collecting, layering, and curating objects that tell a story.
Spaces feel lived-in, intentional, and full of quiet beauty- crystals, candlelight, books, vessels, and found objects come together to shape memorable moments. Each piece carries its own history and energy, and every gathering reflects care, presence, and human connection.
Objects are honored. Design is rooted in intention. Vintage treasures become catalysts for ceremony, celebration, and storytelling. Beloved Heirlooms creates atmospheres that feel meaningful, layered, and alive.
In-person and Virtual options
I will travel to see clients within 50 miles. Further travel is possible on special occasions.

When I went through dialysis and transplant, there were brochures and videos to watch with clinical information, but there wasn’t a guide for the human inside the patient.
This toolkit is my love letter to patients and caregivers — to the moments of silence before surgery, the awkward pain of identity loss, the strength it takes to ask for help, and the quiet power of coming home to your body again.
It includes:
✅ What to pack for your transplant
🌀 Nervous system care + grounding rituals
🛏 Journal prompts for fear, hope, and recovery
🧘🏾♀️ Movement practices and mindset shifts
📚 A resource list for trauma, grief, and healing
And so much more.
This toolkit is free and available now.
I hope it supports you or someone you love.
